Check the list below. ### Pay - ✓**$31 to $40 an hour** depending on your market, roughly $64,000 to $83,000 a year, plus equity in the business - ✓Mileage reimbursement for all local driving between jobs - ✓Referral bonus: $50 when someone you refer completes a phone screen, and $500 when they are hired and stay past 30 days ### Schedule - ✓Full time, 40 hours per week of steady residential work. You can assess and fix most issues in a home on your own. ✓ Attention to detail and a customer friendly attitude.
